BLUEBERRY POUND CAKE 
1 c. & 2 tbsp. butter
2 1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. self-rising flour
2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Use 2 tablespoons butter to grease pan and 1/4 cup sugar to coat pan. Dredge blueberries in 1/4 cup of flour and 2 3/4 cups flour used in cake. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
