BLUEBERRY DELIGHT 
1 inner pack of graham crackers (10 crackers), crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 env. whipped topping mix, prepared as directed
1 can blueberry pie filling

Combine crushed grahams, 1/2 cup sugar and butter. Press firmly into 9x13 baking dish. In mixing bowl, combine eggs, 1/2 cup sugar and softened cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Spread over the graham cracker mixture and bake 20 minutes at 300 degrees. Remove from oven and cool completely.

When cool, cover with blueberry pie filling. Spread whipped topping over filling. Sprinkle with small amount of crushed grahams, if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
