MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 sm. pkg. tortilla chips
1 sm. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2-1 can Rotel, diced
1 c. chicken broth
3-4 lg. chicken breasts (boneless & pulled into sm. pieces)

Place crushed chips in bottom of 9 x 12 inch casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over crushed chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Place shredded cheese on top and cook for 5 more minutes.
