CHICKPEA AND SWEET CORN PATE 
1 tin chickpeas
6 ozs cooked sweet corn
2 tablespoons milk

Place all of the ingredients into a bowl. Use a hand bender to produce a pate texture. Place the mixture in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill for 1 hour and then serve with breadsticks and raw vegetables such as carrots, etc.
