SO EASY CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER
COOKIES
 
1 can chocolate fudge frosting
1 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
Sugar

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheets.

2. Reserve 1/3 cup of frosting.

3. In a large bowl combine the remaining frosting, peanut butter and egg; blend well.

4. Stir in flour by hand.

5. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.

6. With bottom of glass dipped in sugar, flatten each ball to a 2 inch circle.

7. Bake at 375 degrees for 4-7 minutes or until set. Do not overbake. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.

8. Cool completely. Lightly frost with reserved frosting.
