FROZEN PINEAPPLE SALAD 
2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
8 oz. crushed pineapple with juice

Mix, then add

1/4 c. green grapes or maraschino cherries
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 banana, chopped (opt.)

Freeze in muffin tins sprayed with Pam. Yield 12 (medium sized) muffin tins. Serve on lettuce leaves. Top with crushed pecans and cherry, if desired.
