MARYLAND CRAB CAKES | |
1 lb. crabmeat 1 egg 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. parsley flakes 1 tbsp. lemon juice 3 slices bread, finely diced Combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into 6 to 8 cakes. Fry in hot fat until golden brown. |
