MOM'S CABBAGE ROLLS 
2 lb. ground beef
Onion soup mix
1 egg, beaten
Dash garlic salt
1 c. rice
1 lg. can tomato juice
Mustard
Dash of oregano

Steam cabbage in 1 1/2 inch water just until it's easy to peel leaves off of the head.

Mix together ground beef, onion soup mix, egg, garlic and rice. Form into dumplings and center them in each leaf. Roll up and secure with toothpick. Place in large pot. Add large can of tomato juice with a squirt of mustard and a little oregano. Simmer approximately 1 1/2-2 hours.
