QUICK CHICKEN ALA KING | |
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken or assorted pieces 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 soup can milk 2 tbsp. chopped pimentos Waffles or toast Parboil chicken. Remove skin. Debone and slice into chunks. Heat chicken and onion in 11x14 inch pan with butter for 5 minutes. add soup, milk, and pimento. Cover and simmer 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve over waffles or toast. 6 servings. |
