3 c. flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. oil

Mix flour, cocoa, salt, soda, and sugar together in a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Make 3 wells in pan. Put vinegar in one, vanilla in one and oil in the other. Pour 2 cups cold water over all and mix well with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
