Use a 9"x9" pan or for double recipe use a 9"x13" pan.

1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
Pinch salt
1 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. cold water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together first 5 ingredients all at once. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees.
