WACKY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. cold water

Put all dry ingredients in 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 inch square pan. Mix with fork. Make 3 holes and pour oil, vinegar and vanilla in separate holes. Pour water over all and mix with fork. Do Not Beat. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/4 stick butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cook sugar, flour, milk and butter until thick; add vanilla, coconut and nuts; spread on warm cake. This cake does not remove from pan easily as a whole cake. Cut in pieces to remove from pan.
