3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. cold water
1 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease and flour pan.

Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and pour it into the pan and bake for 40 minutes.
