1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pkg. instant chocolate fudge pudding
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. container Cool Whip

1st layer: Crush Oreo's (reserve 1/2 cup for later) and pour melted butter over. Mix and press into bottom of 9x13 pan. Chill.

2nd layer: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 Cool Whip until smooth. Spread on crust. Chill.

3rd layer: Prepare pudding as directed on package. Spread on cream cheese layer. Chill.

4th layer: Spread on remaining Cool Whip and garnish with remaining cookie crumbs. Chill.
