NO FUSS CHICKEN 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) egg noodles
3 c. cooked diced chicken or turkey
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen cauliflower partially thawed & cut up
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 med. onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheddar cheese

Cook noodles; drain. Add cauliflower, chicken, broccoli, soup, sour cream, onion, salt, pepper and cheese; mix gently. Transfer to a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
