FREEZER PIE DOUGH 
6 c. flour (sifted)
1 tsp. salt
2 c. shortening
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 stick butter

Blend all together in mixer or by hand. Divide into 10 pieces, each section is enough for a pie shell. Freeze the dough in individual sections rolled up into a round. Thaw for an hour before rolling and baking. (Enough for 10 shells.)
