FRESH FRUIT PUNCH 
4 c. sugar
6 c. water
4 (6 oz.) cans frozen orange juice
1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
Juice of 2 lemons
6 bananas, mashed
3 qts. 7-Up

Mix water and sugar. Cook over low heat about 3 minutes to make syrup. Add orange juice, pineapple juice and lemon juice. Add mashed bananas. Freeze mixture. Take from freezer about 2 hours before serving. "Slush" by mixing with potato masher. Add chilled 7-Up just before serving. Makes 5 quarts.
