GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICHES | |
4 (3 oz.) boneless chicken breasts, skin removed 1/2 c. dry white wine 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced (dried) 1 med. sweet red onion, sliced 4 slices low cholesterol low sodium Swiss cheese 4 onion rolls 4 lettuce leaves Marinate chicken in wine, garlic and pepper 4 hours. Grill chicken over hot coals until tender about 20 minutes. Place a chicken breast, cheese, onion and lettuce on each onion roll bun.
