SEVEN-UP CAKE 
3 c. Swansdown cake flour
1/2 c. shortening
5 eggs
3 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1 c. 7-Up or 1 can
1 tbsp. lemon flavor
1 tbsp. vanilla flavor

Cream shortening, butter and sugar together. Add flour gradually to creamed and beaten ingredients. Add eggs, one at a time. At the end, add flavor and 7-Up. Don't bake in a pound cake pan or in a large sheet pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees in a Bundt pan.
