POPOVER PIZZA 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lg. onion (diced)
2 c. spaghetti sauce
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook beef and onion. Add spaghetti sauce. Simmer 90 minutes. Put in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.

Whisk eggs, milk and oil. Add flour; beat until smooth. Pour over. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
