SURVIVAL FOOD BARS 
2 lbs. pulverized jerky or other dried meat
1 can nuts
Seasoned salt and pepper
1 lb. raisins
10 oz. beef fat or rendered tallow (not pork or bear)

Mix cool fat with finely crushed meat and add other ingredients. Dry out on tin foil 1 inch thick in food dryer or in sun in cheesecloth. When dry, cut in 2x3 inch food bars. Wrap in foil and dip in wax to store.

Jerky is to salty and costly........you won't want to add more salt by using Seasoning salt! You will need lot of water to survive with this bar. Get thin cut beef from the butcher and sprinkle with garlic/onion powder/Black pepper and a bit of salt. Dry meat by placing on baking racks for 2 1/2 hours, on your ovens lowest tempter. Let the meat cool then pulverize the meat. You can use nuts or seeds. Try Dried blueberries that is how the Indians made this Survival food.
