MACARONI SALAD 
2 c. cooked shells or elbow macaroni
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. sweet pickle relish
1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
1 c. cut up ham

NOTE: I use boiled ham, but can use chicken or shrimp.

Mix above ingredients and serve on lettuce cups. Garnish with pimento and paprika. If used for main dish, serve with sliced tomatoes, carrot sticks and hot rolls.
