STUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS 
12 lg. cabbage leaves
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 egg
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Fry cabbage, ground beef, salt, pepper, onion, and egg. Cook in oil, tomato sauce, sugar, and lemon juice. Cover cabbage with boiling water for 5 minutes until limp; drain. Mix ingredients. Put into leaves and roll. Tie or pin together. Cook in skillet with sauce. Cook 1 hour.
