1 box instant lemon pudding
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 cans fruit cocktail, drained
1 sm. bottle maraschino cherries, drained, cut up
1 1/2 c. milk (cold)
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed

Mix pudding and milk together. Beat slowly at lowest speed of electric mixer until well blended, about 2 minutes. Then add all other ingredients and mix well and freeze.
