BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 roll crescent rolls
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk

Brown sausage; drain grease. Roll crescent rolls out in baking dish; press seams together. Spread sausage over crescent rolls. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Mix eggs and milk together; pour over mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.

Bake at 350°F approximately 30 minutes until set.

This recipe can be made the night before and refrigerated to be baked the next morning.
