QUICK TAMALE DINNER 
1 lg. can Gebhardt's tamales
1 med. can pinto beans
1/2 c. grated Longhorn cheese
1/2 c. white onions or 4 green onions, chopped

Arrange on individual plates for heating in microwave: Spread tamales on plate and top with beans, cheese and onion. Heat at normal setting for about 3 minutes, or until cheese is well melted. Top with Picante sauce, if desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
