QUICK CHILI DINNER 
2 cans chili
1 box cornbread mix
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Jack cheese
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
Sour cream

Empty cans of chili into baking dish. Mix cornbread to package directions, pour on top of chili. Bake until cornbread is golden brown and inserted toothpick is clean. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheeses and onions. When serving top each with sour cream.
