“CHOCOLATE FUDGE” IS IN:

CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
2/3 cup cocoa
3 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 cups milk
4 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 cup chopped nuts

Mix cocoa, sugar, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon; add milk.

Boil until small amount of mixture forms a soft ball when tested in cold water (234-240°F on candy thermometer).

Remove from heat; add butter and vanilla flavoring. Beat until smooth; add nuts.

Pour into buttered dish. Place in refrigerator for 10 minutes. Cut into squares.

Cooks Note: Use of a candy thermometer is recommended.
