POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. pkg. frozen French fried potatoes 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 c. Cheddar cheese, diced 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 pt. sour or "thick" cream 2 c. crushed corn flakes 1/4 c. butter, melted Mix first seven ingredients. Pour into buttered 2 quart casserole or 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with combined corn flakes and butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. (Serves 10-12.) |
