POTATO SOUP 
6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 c. summer sausage, cubed
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped

Boil potatoes, celery and onion in salted water until tender, drain.

CHEESE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter, melted
Add 2 tablespoons flour, stir
Add 2 c. milk gradually stirring until thick

Remove from heat. Add cubed cheese and summer sausage. When cheese melts, add vegetables. Simmer until heated through. Serves 4 or 5.
