MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. shredded cheese
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2 pkgs. Mexican cornbread mix
Jalapenos to taste

Cook and drain ground beef. Mix cornbread as directed on package. Add both cans of corn. Grease pan and add half of cornbread mix. Add beef, onions, jalapenos and cheese. Top with remaining cornbread mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
