MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
1 can cream style corn
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
Oleo
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. grated cheese

Saute' onion, bell pepper in butter until onions are clear, add ground beef, brown and drain. Prepare a hot greased large iron skillet, mix cornbread mix according to package, cheese on this, put the rest of mix on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
