CHOW CHOW 
1 bunch celery
1 head cabbage
3 red peppers
3 green peppers
1/2 lb. sm. white onions
1 head cauliflower
Green tomatoes
2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 lbs. sugar
2 qts. vinegar
1 qt. water
1 tsp. turmeric

Cut veggies in medium size chunks. Put all ingredients in large pot. Add turmeric last. Cook 1 hour.
