CREAM CHEESE BISCUITS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. all purpose flour
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Easy preparation, yield 40 biscuits.

Soften cream cheese and butter. Mix all ingredients together and shape into a log (1 1/2 inch diameter) and refrigerate (about 1 hour).

When dough is hardened, slice into 1/4 inch wafers.

Bake on ungreased baking sheet 20 minutes at 350 degrees (or 10 minutes at 400 degrees).

Biscuits will be light brown around the edges.
