SPINACH AND CREAM CHEESE BISCUIT
FOLDOVERS
 
1/2 pkg. bacon, sliced thin
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter
9 oz. fresh frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
4 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (10 oz.) can Hungry Jack flakey biscuits
1 tbsp. melted butter
Sesame seeds

Fry bacon and onion until brown, then add rest of ingredients in order. Cool, then add teaspoon or so of mixture to flattened out biscuits and foldover. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake as directed on biscuit container.

The filling was delicious, although I left out the bacon (i'm a vegetarian). Wasn't too crazy about the biscuit part though, I will try crescent rolls next time.
