SALMON LOAF | |
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Alaska salmon 2 c. soft bread crumbs 1/3 c. onions, finely minced 1/4 c. milk 2 eggs 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. dill weed Dash of black pepper Drain and flake salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. Combine flaked salmon and reserved liquid with remaining ingredients. Place in well-greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan or shape into loaf on greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6. |
