RAISIN CREAM PIE 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. broken walnuts (English)
3/4 c. seedless raisins
1 plain pastry shell

Beat eggs until fluffy and thick. Add sugar, spices, salt, lemon juice and melted butter all at once. Blend well. Fold in nuts and raisins.

Pour into 9 inch pastry lined pie plate. Make lattice top crust. Flute edges. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Lattice top made with small can of biscuit dough.
