SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
1 c. thick sour cream
3/4 c. raisins, cooked in water to cover
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 heaping tbsp. flour
2 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook raisins. Beat egg yolks, add sugar, salt and cinnamon and flour. Add the sour cream and slowly put into raisins. cook over a low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with your favorite meringue.
