STIR-FRY FISH 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. fish fillet (haddock, turbot, red snapper, etc.)
1 pkg. frozen oriental vegetables (steamed 10 min.)
2 pkgs. fried Rice-a-Roni
1/4 c. peanut oil
1 sm. onion

Steam vegetables 10 minutes. Cut fish into 1" cubes, fry 10 minutes in oil with sliced onion. Prepare 2 packages of Rice-a-Roni, add 1 large package of frozen oriental vegetables and rice to fish and fry over medium heat until vegetables are cooked but still crisp and fish is cooked but not falling apart.
