FROZEN COLE SLAW 
1 large head cabbage, chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sweet red pepper, chopped
1 carrot, shredded
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. water

Mix all together, except vinegar, sugar and water. Boil vinegar, sugar and water; cool. Pour over cabbage mixture. Stir will. Place in freezer containers. Freeze.
