GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut
1 German Chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, melted
1 lb. powdered sugar

Put nuts and coconut in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Prepare German Chocolate cake per instructions on box and pour over nuts and coconut. Add 8 ounce softened cream cheese to 1 stick of melted butter. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Pour over cake mix and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
