1 c. pecans
1 can coconut
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

Spread pecans and coconut in well greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix German chocolate cake mix according to directions on box. Pour over pecans and coconut. Mix cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and butter and pour over cake mixture. Bake 35 or 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
