1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 German chocolate cake mix (3 eggs and oil)
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar

Grease 9x13 inch pan. Put 1 cup coconut and 1 cup pecans in bottom of pan. Use 1 German chocolate cake mix and follow directions. Pour over coconut and pecans. Melt 1 stick butter and 8 oz. cream cheese. When completely melted, add powdered sugar. Mix together well. Pour over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
