CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crabmeat
2 eggs
3 tbsp. heavy cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 chopped green onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. cayenne
Pinch of salt
Fresh ground pepper
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. fresh bread crumbs

Mix first 9 ingredients. Form mixture into balls and roll in bread crumbs. Pan fry in oil and butter mixture.
