CRAB CUTLET 
1 lb. finely chopped crab
1 lb. ground scallop
1 lb. ground chicken
2 c. heavy cream
Redi-flavored bread crumbs
Egg beaten with water

Combine meats and slowly stir in cream. Shape into cutlets; dip in egg, then bread crumbs. Fry in oil, then finish baking in oven.
