DEVILED CRAB 
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 lg. green pepper, finely chopped
1 c. sliced green onions, finely chopped
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley or 1 tbsp. dry parsley
2 lbs. crab meat
2 1/2 c. coarsely crushed cracker crumbs (unsalted soda crackers)
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Healthy dash of Tabasco
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 c. melted butter

Toss all ingredients and spoon into buttered baking dish. Top with additional cracker crumbs and brush with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until delicately browned and hot through. Recipe can be cut in half for smaller dish.
