BARBECUE STEW BEEF | |
1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup 1 catsup bottle of water 3 tbsp. vinegar 2 tsp. chili powder 2 tsp. brown sugar 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 med. onion, chopped 1 lg. lean boneless stew beef Mix together chili powder, brown sugar, vinegar, onion, and Worcestershire sauce all together and set aside. Instead of catsup, I like to mix enough of all the barbeque sauces I have in the house together to make 14 ounces. Add this to the other mixture and add the water. Stir all this together. Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with enough tin foil to be able to close up. Layer stew beef over the tin foil and pour sauce over this. Close up the foil. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour. |
