32 oz. barbeque sauce
4 lbs. boneless beef chuck (trimmed of fat) or use beef stew meat
Cut trimmed beef into medium-size chunks. Put chunks in a heavy pot and stir around until lightly browned. Add barbeque sauce and stir well. Lower fire to simmer and cook for 3 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally so meat will not stick. When done, remove meat from pot and with two forks shred meat. Return to pot and cook another 30 minutes. Makes delicious sandwiches.
If you have leftovers, you might place in an ice cube tray and freeze. When frozen, remove from tray and put in freezer bags. For a quick sandwich or two, just take the number of cubes you need.
