1 (16 oz.) frozen pkg. broccoli, carrots and cauliflower 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese 1 can mushroom soup 1/4 c. mayonnaise 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. marjoram Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and marjoram. Add vegetables, mushrooms, drained, and cheese. Put in 2-quart casserole. Top with 1/4 cup melted butter, 1 tablespoon parsley, and 1 cup crushed seasoned croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. |
