VEGETABLE COMBO 
2-3 medium size zucchini, sliced
2 medium size green peppers, cut in thin strips
1 c. sliced onion
5-6 whole tomatoes, cut in small chunks

Quickly brown zucchini slices on both sides in bacon fat. Remove from pan. Do likewise with green peppers and then onion slices. Remove excess bacon fat. Combine zucchini, peppers and tomato chunks with the onions. Season with salt and pepper, seasoning salt, basil, rosemary, Italian seasoning as desired. Cook over low heat about 20 minutes. Serves 4.

One-half pound browned ground beef may be added for flavor or for serving as a main dish.
